BLU is a B2B software tool that helps agencies and creators manage client communications, messaging automation, and analytics — the platform is a tool, and money never passes through BLU. We collect account and contact information you provide, such as your name, work email, phone number, company or agency name, and login credentials. We also receive data that agency and creator clients choose to connect or authorize — for example, messaging and performance data from the accounts they link to BLU so the platform can do its job. We use personal information to provide, operate, and improve the BLU platform, to authenticate accounts, and to deliver the features our clients rely on. We use it to communicate with you about your account, respond to support requests, and send service-related updates. We also use aggregated and usage data to understand performance, troubleshoot issues, and make the product better. We do not use your data for purposes you wouldn't reasonably expect from a professional tool like ours.

BLU does not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We don't share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing. The only sharing we do is with the service providers described above, strictly to operate and improve the platform. BLU serves clients across Latin America and the United States and operates from the United States, with a contact presence in Miami. BLU is a professional business tool built for the adult-content industry. The platform and this website are intended only for adults aged 18 or older, and they are not directed to minors.
